Meetings are held on Monday evenings (See programme) from September to April and commence at 7.45 p.m. for 8.00 p.m. prompt.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS fall due on the first meeting in September annually
£29.50 for Individual Members
£13.50 for Junior Members (under 18)
£24.50 for Country Membership
(resident over 50 miles from Barton-le-Clay)
£4.50 for Associate Membership
(available for spouses and partners of members who wish to attend club events. Associate membership also entitles attendance at up to 3 club nights per season, upon payment of visitors attendance fee)
IN ADDITION there is a £1 ATTENDANCE FEE (VISITORS £1.50) per meeting – to include refreshments.
For new Members joining after 31 January, subscriptions will be 50% of the appropriate rate.
Guests and prospective new members will be welcomed at any meeting but on the fourth meeting will be requested to join the Club

SAFEGUARDING POLICY STATEMENT
